Casa Rural L'Arc Trobat

The Casa Rural L'Arc Trobat is in a privileged location: in the old town, declared BIC (Cultural Interest Site), very close to the church, the MACVAC (Vicente Aguilera Cerni Contemporary Art Museum) and the castle. We recommend you to enjoy the tranquility of these streets and let yourselves be carried away by the charm of each of its racons.

From the medieval origins of the house witness the magnificent Gothic arch of the fifteenth century, more than four meters of light made with stones of rodeno, as well as remains of the corbels on the lower floor of the house. The structure of the building, as preserved, was finished at the end of the seventeenth century with another arch of similar dimensions, now of half point, supported by low pilasters and made with coarsely cut calcareous stone.

The restoration of the house has been done with criteria regarding the various artistic and ethnological elements that over time accumulated its walls. Thus, both the spaces of the house and the architectural and artistic components representative of the typology of a village house and worthy of valuation and conservation have been maintained. In 2013 he was awarded the "Restoration Award Historic Site Facades".

The house has a wide living/dining room on the lower floor, kitchen and dining room on the central floor, a living room on the upper floor, a roof terrace, an interior patio and five double bedrooms.

There is the possibility to rent both the entire house, as half house, and the rooms separately. If you rent the rooms separately the living room, kitchen, dining room, porch living room, patio and roof terrace will be spaces for shared use.
